Real Estate Lead Distribution System with N8n & Custom Dashboard

Developed an automated lead distribution system for a real estate company integrating Sierra CRM, Follow Up Boss, and Slack. Built N8n workflows that capture leads via webhooks, enrich data from multiple APIs, and enable real-time agent claiming through Slack. Created a Next.js/Supabase admin dashboard for configuring distribution rules, custom messages, claim quotas, and agent management. System includes cooldown periods, credit restoration, and comprehensive analytics to optimize lead response times and agent performance.
